Back from an exhibition that invites me to take more freedom, I meet a new canvas with this intention. To my surprise, I feel that my gestures do not go in the direction of the liberated movements that I visualize. I feel that I cannot go there, they pose themselves with their own determination. Usually, inner joy is the sign that my being has entered into resonance with what is created. Creation reveals the process of creation at the heart of the work. It reveals the inner work of the externalized artist on the canvas. The invitation to live a week nourished by artists of the Abstract Expressionism movement, which I feel as one of the sources of my creation. The exhibition Action Geste Peinture by the Fondation Vincent Van Gogh Arles resonates with the artist I am. It breaks down residual barriers and leads me to follow my freedom. I mean: be free to be and express without rule, without limit..." I feel carried by the experience of these women of another era.

The invitation to accompany people in their creation is like a companionship that continues... The experience is delicious, obvious, harmonious and meaningful for me.

The encounter with Vincent Van Gogh is fundamental. She arrives a year after having felt that it was time to change her behaviour: not to feed fears related to the future... The life of a painter brings these questions. Thanks to this awareness, I choose confidence, the present, faith in each step. Joy has replaced fear. Love in all things has revealed itself. "The "how I should do", "how it should be", "transmit the dogma of the perfect", "of the rule", "of absolute permanence" inhabited me and left me behind.
The duration of a work according to me is not in the fixation of the painting as at its origin. A work lasts by the energy it sends back, by the spontaneity of the gesture and its resonances. It is the present, the moment and the timeless. Its energies cross and transcend the notion of linear time. Talking about aging of a work refers to linear time, talking about evolution makes the painting a living work that vibrates, evolves with the person who shares it.
Freeing myself from the aesthetic framework and its rules allows me to explore further. But by exploring aesthetic rules and dogmas, I understand more about who I am as an artist and where my art, a free art, is going.

Painting on large canvas brings me great joy! My painting seems to want to bring the soil I need. The singular expression of my signs took place and coexisted with the white all around. Her energies push us to grow, to rise. She teaches us, embraces us, whispers us, satiates us, satiny us. The earth and sky cycle circulates energies that weave a balance to take care of and free from all ties. When there is imbalance, everything is expressed for a return to harmony. Native, original forces that cross us and transport us. They guide us towards a knowledge of the interconnected world.
