The creative intuition
To express itself at the speed of a shooting star, creative intuition requires to find the place to spring, it needs openness to express itself.
Here and now, the creative experience is full and step by step, creation after creation. The work no longer needs to exist as a realization.
Being grounded helps us to be fully present, available and connected to nature.
By making calm with noisy and limiting thoughts, the feelings are creators of a true pictorial language.
Connecting to our being, our energies, nature allows us to be ourselves. Following the inspirations of the heart, free gestures spring forth, gestures that sound right and resonate with their own breath and vibration.

It is at the heart of my workshop that I welcome you as you are at the moment we meet, with or without expectations. I welcome you as a creator-rice. I trust your potential and accompany you to explore your creative freedom.
This is :

the creative media proposed (painting at the table, on the easel, on the floor...)
the different painting tools (brushes, painter’s knives, watercolor markers, charcoal, pastels...)
the color palette (acrylic paint, gouache, watercolour, inks)

The cleaning area where you can take care of your tools.
I propose a moment of anchoring, "like a tree connected to the Earth and the Sky", so that you can let pass the musicality of your gestures. The exercise is simple. You are invited to let go and discover the wonders of your creation.
I am at your side, listening to your choices, your tempo, the path you take... When I feel an invitation to guide you, I share it with you. You are free to accept it or not at the moment.
This time very focused on your creation can continue with a time of exchange.
Make an appointment together
A workshop lasts between 1h30 and 3h. It is you who set the pace of this workshop time.
Price of an individual workshop session: 60€
Payment method: cash, cheque, bank transfer, credit card on site.
The basic material described have provided you. If you wish to bring other materials in addition, because you feel the desire to create with a color, a particular material, with joy!
You want to come when you feel it
I welcome you in my workshop at the times we choose together freely during the week or weekend.

We are building this agenda and a suitable budget together.
You want to live the creative experience in the form of a course of several days
We define together the dates, the number of days, the material, the budget...
If you need suggestions for accommodation, I propose accommodation addresses in the city center,
15 min walk from the workshop. Vincennes is a family friendly city for a stay. It is 10min from Paris by metro and its cultural resources... Metro Château de Vincennes Line 1 or RER A Vincennes.
